Certified Business Systems Analyst, having experience of more than 5 years into web applications and ServiceNow implementation projects, and in all phases of the Software Development lifecycle (SDLC) using Agile, Waterfall and Hybrid methodologies. Passion, focus, intensity, steadfastness, curiosity, patience and being fiercely loyal are all characteristics that have enabled me to achieve success inside and outside my workplace.
