   Serving as Deputy General Manager – LEAD QMD for Second phase of Western Dedicated Freight Corridor, RS 2949 Crores. The Project Comprises of 103 km of double line JNPT - Vaitarana Section starts at JNPT passes through Panvel, Bhiwandi & Juhuchandara and finally ends at Vaitarana. The Major components of the Project includes EARTHWORK, TRACK LAYING, VIADUCTS/BRIDGES – 9 NOS, RFO 01 NO, OTHER MAJOR,MINOR, RUBs, ROBs, PEDESTRIAN CROSSINGS – 297 Nos, CROSSING STATIONS – 3NOS and TWO NOS. OF TUNNEL 430 MTS AND 320 MTS EACH. • Is responsible for the effective implementation QA/QC system in the project.• To lay down Policies & Procedures on various aspects as per the requirement of the International Standard /ISO. • Designing of all grades of Concrete from M20 TO M55.• Obtain the Subcontractors Quality documentation (viz. Quality Plan, QA/QC Procedures, Method Statement etc.) and get it approved from Client/ Consultant.• Monitor implement and coordinate with consultants for all QA/QC related Tests.• Ensure all the incoming supplied materials are as per the Project specification.
