Responsibilities:Client Management - Interacting with the Hiring Managers to requirement gathering. Ensure quick turnaround time for fulfilment. Have performed the role of a Sourcing Specialist for the client doing Rapport Building, taking requirements, following up for feedbacks etcSourcing & Screening - Responsible for managing the full recruitment life cycle from understanding the requirement and furnishing them with relevant profiles. Recruiting for all levels of candidates i.e. entry level to mid level management. Identify candidates using different sourcing methodologies like Referrals, Job search Portals, internal database & web postings. Providing elaborate screening notes along with the candidates to the clientMIS & Reporting - Generate daily Sourcing Reports. Maintain the database of potential candidates. Preparing and maintaining weekly reports & master database of candidates short-listed, rejected & offers madeCoordination - Coordinating with both client and candidate. Follow ups with the client regarding the updates on potential candidates. Scheduling interviews and providing feedback to candidates. keeping the candidate warm and ensuring that they get on-boarded
