PRESENT EXPERIENCE:\\\\nPresently working as a Shift Incharge (Urea) in Algeria Oman Fertilizer Project at Arzew in Algeria from 21st Jul. 2012.\\\\nBeing a Shift Incharge, I am leading Urea Production Departments for smooth & safe operation. and become responsible for all production & maintenance activities in the shift.\\\\nPROJECT EXPERIENCE:\\\\n1-Errection,Pre-commissioning commissioning of double stream of Urea Plant based on Snamprogetti Ammonia striping process & Also Revamp Experience of Urea Plant at Indo Gulf Fertilizer Limited, Jagdishpur U.P, A flagship company of Aditya Birla group, which has won the prestigious Deming Prize, TPM Award, An ISO ISO 14001 and ISO certified company.\\\\n2-Commissioning of vacuum pre concentration system & Bulk flow cooler in urea plant (Energy Saving Project).\\\\n3-Errection,Pre-commissioning commissioning of double stream of Urea Plant based on Snamprogetti Ammonia striping process with granulation unit having capacity of 3500 MTPD each licensed by M/s Snamprogatti in 2014.\\\\n\\\\n
