Having experience in process design of Refinery units, Oil & Gas facilities, and Utility & off-site facilities. Responsible for process deliverables in projects varying from Basic Engineering to FEED, EPC, and PMC.Familiar with operations of Onshore well, GOSP (Gas Oil Separation Plant), CDU (Crude Distillation Unit), CCR (Continuous Catalytic Reformer), BTX ( Benzene Toluene Xylene Extraction), and C4 Hydrogenation units, etc.Involved in developing the dynamic simulation models of the Gas oil separation plant, Gas Compressor stations in the Omegaland dynamic simulation software and integrating them to DCS for Operator Training Simulator (OTS). Startup, shutdown studies for the above unit, and generating the report. Coordinate with client for effective deliverables of the product and training for employees in OTS. Developing customized models and approaching suitable thermodynamic properties for effective dynamics of the modeled unit.
