Key Responsibilities:1) Monitor and optimize rubber molding parameters to ensure consistent product quality and minimal process variation.2) Supervise cold start and machine start-up procedures, ensuring equipment is properly set up to avoid early-process defects.3) Coordinate with production and quality teams to achieve daily shift-wise targets without compromising product specifications.4) Support in crimping die changeovers and setup validation, ensuring process readiness and equipment calibration.5) Assist in reducing cycle time, rework, and material waste through data analysis and continuous process improvements.6) Maintain proper documentation for process parameters and startup FPA reports for traceability.7) Actively participate in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and help implement Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) for recurring process deviations.8) Collaborate with shift supervisors and operators for manpower planning and smooth line operations.This role has strengthened my understanding of rubber processing, polymer behavior, and production control in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
