Work closely with product managers and business teams to connect customer interest to business value/ROI.• Driving the complete Privacy & Security road map for the Beckman middleware solution including cyber security compliance of the product. Maintain and Prioritize Product/ Project Backlog. Perform Product Safety & Security Analysis and review the product Impact Assessments based on specific changes done as part of changes requests.• Review Product Documentation & sign-off. Draft/ Review BOMs deliveries & Production Control Procedures (PCP/ Standard Procedures). Involved in Product training, Design transfer Sign-off. Maintain and track KPIs specific to design inputs/ requirements. Hire, Groom, Mentor & Guide fellow product owners/ systems analysts within the business unit and organization. Analyse Product gap and Competitive Analysis.• Create Software requirement documents and Functional Requirement documents. Translate business requirements into user stories and validate Functional Requirement Specifications. Review high level solution/ design proposed by Solution/ technical architects. Review test design developed by Verification & Validation team.
