About Santosh Kumar Gupta
I have a bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering and have more than 17 years experience in telecom. There were many tasks assigned to me in my last place of employment and they included Project management, coordinating with customers and providing technical support to remote engineers for various wireless network activity. Currently supporting for multiple Telco RFPs, leading 4G/5G network deployment and integration using open-source projects. Leading a team validating network data from Nokia DnR against unified inventory (Nokia UIV and Ericsson One EAI)My current responsibility as TPM for a project where we are providing end to end solution to design and deployment for Private 5G Enterprise solution. Also Involved in Integration and Deployment of 4G/5G Packet core nodes in cloud / data center/ Physical Server. Troubleshooting, integration failures, Preparing HLD, LLD. Maintaining the 4G/5G Core Kubernetes environment. Testing, call flows (Registration, Service Request). Hands on experience in onboarding, integration & deployment of packet core network nodes in cloud environment. Hands on experience in deployment of OpenStack and containerized cloud environments. Good Understanding on architecture of 2G/3G/4G/5G RAN/Core/IMS. I have also performed Remote Integration and maintenance for GSM, WCDMA, LTE, 5GNR, Nbiot ORAN, VRAN technologies for various activity such as New Site Integration, Carrier/Sector addition, Carrier aggregation, Reframing, DU to BB swap, Software upgrade for different global customer.I also handled the team and provided KT for new Technologies and tools on understanding / Ways of working for smooth flawless project delivery. My communication skills are great which allows me to train and assist internal staff and engineer in all wireless technologies.
