Responsible for brand closures, tenant mix strategy, events, and footfall generation through strategic planning and team leadership.Key Responsibilities:Drive leasing across F&B, fashion, and lifestyle categories with strong brand targeting.Lead consultant onboarding, pipeline building, and brand negotiations.Spearhead mall-level marketing campaigns and customer engagement events.Recruit, train, and manage sales and BDM teams across business verticals.Monetize non-retail zones like amphitheatre, kids park, and open lawns via corporate and public events.Achievements Leasing & RevenueSuccessfully closed premium brand leasing deals including Mia by Tanishq, Zeiss, IKEA, Ather Energy, and UCB, with more in the pipeline.Achieved the highest-ever lease values per sq. ft. in the mall’s history.Built a curated brand database of 500+ prospects across categories and developed a strong anchor brand pipeline featuring ASICS, Levis, Guess, Kick Sports, Pepe Jeans, etc.Onboarded 15+ active leasing consultants and evaluated over 100 for strategic engagement, expanding reach and deal closures. Retail & F&B ExperienceIntroduced weekly live jazz evenings to enhance the dining experience and attract premium footfall to the F&B zone. Event Strategy & Customer EngagementSpearheaded high-footfall events such as Usha Uthup Live, Drum Jam, Caricature zones, and Family Weekend Activities, significantly boosting mall engagement and brand recall.
