Financial • Energy conversion efficiency improvement through proper C&I system functioning. • Minimization of spares expenditure by reclaiming/better maintenance practices. • Spares management – Availability of critical spares to avoid emergency procurement. Operational • Trouble shooting of C&I problems encountered in plant sections.• No forced stoppages due to C&I systems. • Availability of all C&I systems. Customer • Provide support to operation and maintenance team for smooth and uninterrupted running of plant. • Facilitate the O&M team by doing modification and improvements in the system as per requirement. • Approaching ZERO breakdown scenarios to ensure continuous operation to improve productivity. People • Conducting knowledge sharing sessions delivered for team members. • Training & development of the team members in accordance with new technological upgradation. Detail Engineering.• Making commercial & technical clarifications, review & preparation drawings, P & IDs, technical datasheet, write-up, cable schedule, JB Schedule Review of vendor’s offers for finalizing technical and commercial issues at the time of order placement. • Developing and implementing plans & schedules for project and Maintenance/Operations with focus on optimum utilization of manpower and material. • Managing the functions of troubleshooting and preventive / predictive / breakdown maintenance of process, utility, & auxiliary section to reduce downtime to minimum.
