You can call me Sant/Santy (pronouns: he/him). I am a sales, advertising, and marketing leader with two decades of hands-on experience. A large chunk of my professional experience is in financial services and core banking products. My career, combined with my wanderlust, has taken me to over 30 countries. Probably, my passport holds way more stories than my CV. I am sure you had skimmed through my achievements and accolades below. So, no point underlining them. However, I’d tell you that I thoroughly enjoy conceptualizing and seeing through flagship brand programs. I also excel at building close business relationships with clients through ABM programs. All along, I thrived in high-pressure situations, turning around businesses, and working with other global leaders. It\'s not just a series of great many sweet things in such a long career in sales and marketing. You tend to also pick up a pet peeve or two. I strongly feel that yearly plans are futile, but planning is priceless. Oh, I just don’t think I have another video call in me. Catch me over a bite or a drink!Working with young and driven people invigorates me. I have been able to build and motivate high-performing teams consistently. I keep it simple: do right by your people and they will rally behind you. ‘Hard on problems, empathetic with people’ has been my motto.At a personal level. Fitness is really important to me. When I am away from work, I enjoy traveling, and binge-Netflixing. Books that left a lasting impression on me include ‘Jonathan Livingston Seagull’ by Richard Bach and ‘The Goal’, a novel by Eliyahu M. Goldratt.
