Key contributor to ATR process, finalization of books of accounts, financial planning, and decision-making through reporting & MIS. Possess strategic view to business and strong project management skills. Focus on control, review finance operational processes including productivity improvements for my team. Outstanding success in building and maintaining relations with senior front office team and cross-functional teams.Responsible for ATR process - 6 IBS Entities (DAMCO, APMT, STT, SENATOR, MLIPL, HSUD), Statutory Audit, Internal Audit and Group Audit with monthly/Quarterly/ Yearly OS reporting. Also responsible for 12 additional One Stream reporting for outside India Entities. Responsible for Project Gollum merger activity – 4 Entities in this FY and 2 Entities in next FY & working with Project and IT team for SAP migration of 3 Indian entities (APMT, STT, HSUD)
