JOB PROFILE:• Handling total imports & export activity for the company.• Handling air import (courier & cargo mode), Sea import (LCL, FCL & Break bulk shipment) along with re-export procedure of rejected or faulty material to the concerned supplier.• Coordinating with Freight forwarders with reference rates along with issue of work orders and planning shipment pickup from our regular supplier.• Coordinating with buyers & supplier with reference to import shipment pickup from Europe, Korea, and Singapore.• Handling documentation for custom clearance as per WTG import requirement with CHA.• Handling Duty concession procedure from Indian customs for Wind electricity generator components.a) Application to Ministry of New renewable energy (New Delhi)b) Submitting Undertaking to Customs at the time of import clearance after Concessional Custom Duty Certificate issued by MNRE.c) Submitting quarterly reports on total import material on which CCDC received from MNRE.d) Submitting END USE CERTIFICATE for import material utilized for which CCDC certificate issued by MNRE. • As of date handled 40 sets of WTG import shipments from Europe and Asia.• Handling Re-export activity of faulty material according to NCR.• Handling total Exim records.
