DuPont as Development Officer During last 20 years worked in various capacities in Crop Protection research from discovery to product development. Developed several insecticides, fungicides, herbicides, seed treatment & PGR products. Experienced in laying out trials, preparation of biological objectives, work plan, budgeting, designing protocols, data collection and analysis, summary & insights preparations. Leading, managing and motivating the team. Acquired vast knowledge on crops, pests & crop protection market at Global level. Experienced on establishment of two global research station, biological screening system in vitro & in vivo for agrochemical discovery, working on various fungicide, insecticide, herbicide, PGR, seed treatment & nematicide projects at discovery level. Developed test system from in vitro to micro field trials. Well versed with Crop Protection & production techniques of crops like, potato, tomato, grapes, cucurbits, pepper, onion, coffee, tea, sugarcane, cotton, corn, wheat, rice, soybean, pulses. Well versed with statistical tools for the data analysis. Driving the R&D competency improvement in the field of Fungicide, insecticide, herbicide, nematicide, seed treatment & PGR Biology at Global level. Experienced in developing products from discovery to launch. Experienced in establish a state-of-the-art class discovery facility for in-vitro, in- vivo & micro-field screening & identifying lead compounds in fungicide, insecticide, nematicide, seed treatment & bio-stimulant compounds.
