Introduced to the corporate world at the age of 18, I was hired by UNITED PARCEL SERVICE as the youngest supervisor in the state of California. Through the better part of a decade I became an expert at relationship building, developed a great talent for sales, and grew into a formidable coach.As a result of the next chapter in my life with the marketing juggernaut, APPCO GROUP US, I exponentially improved every attribute in my arsenal with regards to business practices; marketing above all. A real passion for business development and utilizing my skills to help businesses began to take shape.Over the following twelve to fifteen months I familiarized myself with the internet marketing niche. It was during this period that I launched my own online internet marketing agency, SOCIAL CONNECTION ENTERPRISE. I was able to help dozens of local businesses in the Pasadena area grow their brands.Subsequently, an opportunity to go in on a venture with a colleague presented itself and I became a franchise co-owner of the franchise LOCAL DOOR COUPONS PASADENA. I transitioned from digitally marketing for businesses to print marketing. I really enjoyed bringing a fresh concept to an old strategy.After refining my skillset and developing new talents over an array of successful campaigns, I decided to step into a role with WORKSITEX where I can continue to partner with businesses leaders. However, instead of assisting in building brands and increasing consumer loyalty, my objective is now to optimize personnel cost, transform culture and bottom line, and streamline technology.I\'m currently appointed with AFLAC and offer benefits to LA County and State employees, as well as private sector groups.
