   I have overseen operations of 3 retail locations based in Downtown Allentown, PA since My most recent concept is assembly88 Mens shop which opened November 2014 and has won Best Men\'s Shop of the Lehigh Valley 5 times in 8 years.Based on extensive demand, a Women\'s version of assembly88 opened in October 2023. This retail concept is next door and connected to the current Mens shop which will bring an improved shopping experience for all our customers.My duties have included but are not limited to:Management - Communicate and collaborate with management on best approaches to grow themselves and the business. Supporting the team to achieve our sales goals while providing the best customer experience.Clerical - Lead an office manager to handle day to day bookkeeping such as vendor payables and employee payroll along with quarterly and annual tasks to the company accountant. Purchasing - Plan seasonal assortments with current vendors and continue finding new vendors to improve the brand matrix and attract and retain customers.Website - Coordinated with a web developer to implement a new company website in summer 2023 in order to continue growing website sales. Marketing - Always looking to increase customer traffic by utilizing outdoor advertising, direct mail, social media, and other forms of digital marketing. Also using our internal email list to communicate with our customer base on a regular basis letting them know about new arrivals, end of season sales, and product/brand highlights.
