I am a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner at Intuit, where I support the growth and scaling of TurboTax Live across the United States and Canada. My work focuses on helping build and sustain a large scale professional marketplace by connecting highly skilled tax experts with millions of customers.I partner closely with business leaders to support hiring across multiple talent segments, including specialized and business tax roles. In addition to full cycle recruiting, I contribute to talent programs and initiatives that improve hiring outcomes, strengthen talent pipelines, and support workforce strategy. My role involves working cross functionally with stakeholders across business leadership, legal, and vendor partners to execute hiring initiatives at scale.My career began in hospitality operations and HR, where I supported hotel properties undergoing transition or operational challenges. I was frequently deployed to locations that required immediate HR support, where my work included rebuilding staffing across departments, supporting employee relations, auditing compliance and personnel files, and helping stabilize HR operations. These experiences strengthened my ability to quickly assess organizational needs, build trust with leadership, and implement talent solutions in complex environments.I am especially interested in workforce strategy, marketplace driven talent models, and the future of flexible work.
