Agile goals setting, technical developmeny, robust validation approval and roadblocks removal for the engineering teams responsible to develop the future generation of Charging Power Electronics to be fitter into future JLR vehicles. A combination of 15 agile squads responsible to deliver charging products with fast iterative development loops. A group of over 100 technically-driven engineers who are responsible for developing the most exciting charging products- Integration of HW and SW components to achieve charging functions such as V2L, DC charge, AC charge, V2G as well as other charging features at vehicle level.
