INCA is a new ESG venture with leading technology for processing and manufacturing Natural Fiber -based composites for the plastic, RV, and automobile industries in the USA and Canada. Under my Advisory Company, Blossom Capital- I collaborated closely with the CEO on the Company\'s strategy and Value Creation Planning- I co-developed a full written Business Plan, a Corporate Presentation, and a very sophisticated Financial Model attracting the attention of over 100 PE firms including TPG Capital and Horizon Fund of Goldman Sachs- We assembled the corporate structure, financial department, and full corporate governance of the - Company including expense and cost control policies, and board and board committee charters- We established an ESOP program for 25% of the company as part of the ESG program- I supported the raise of $6.4 million in a combination of equity and convertible notes- We have pitched potential investors for a $60 million equity raise.
