Demographic research for expansion area population. • Lease contract review and negotiation. • Complete Medical Center Build out – Architectural, GC & Sub-Contractors. • Obtained all necessary Licensure to operate a Medical Center Model (AHCA, Certificate of Occupancy, BioMedical waste, etc.) • Recruitment of Physician and operational staff. Assist in developing and implementing physicians and staff development plans. • Created and developed all compliance, training and education, policies and procedures, implemented for efficient and effective management of all programs. • Purchased and implemented the EMR and Practice Management systems. • Work closely with Providers and MRA Team to ensure organizational profitability. • Creation of budget for all centers (5 year plan). • Ensure that each center meets and/or exceeds their financial targets. • Responsible for volume growth initiatives and performance metrics. • Implemented processes for tracking all quality initiatives. • Work effectively with sales and marketing to enhance our growth initiatives. • Develops negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration of new venture with company strategies and operations; examining risks and potentials; estimating partners\' needs and goals. • Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations. 14 Medical Centers across South and Central Florida, see us at
