I support the SVP of Operations by using data analysis and visualization to improve decision-making and operational efficiency across the credit union. My work focuses on building dashboards, preparing clean datasets, and collaborating on process improvement initiatives-Designed and deployed an interactive Tableau dashboard combining PG & E utility data and solar production data to monitor energy consumption, renewable generation, and financial costs in real time-Cleaned and integrated solar data from multiple sources in Excel, creating a single reliable dataset for dashboard reporting-Conducted exploratory data analysis (EDA) on DocuSign usage data to uncover trends, measure adoption, and identify opportunities for workflow optimization-Collaborated with consultants to create AI-assisted process maps that streamline key operational workflows and highlight efficiency improvements.
