My responsibilities as Lead Designer for FlexCub will be: to manage the team and ensure that the design specifications are being implemented with accuracy. I\'m responsible to develop creative and innovative ideas for the product development, in terms of User Interface and User Experience, assist for digital marketing needs, by means of delivering creative design collateral. I oversee the product development to ensure it is developed with proper interface and user experience guidelines, following brand guidelines.I assist the team by providing low-fidelity wireframes to explain the product flow, high-fidelity mock-ups and prototypes to make the team understand the functional flow of the product, and to demonstrate the user interface and experience a working model to the stakeholders to observe their insights. I collaborate with development team to make sure that the development is on the right track with all essential design specifications are implemented.
