Study and Analyze the reports like Pipe isometric drawings, Pipeline alignment, Topographical investigations, Geo technical, Contour maps, General arrangement drawings from Vendors (equipment), pipe stress analysis report, valve vendor data,piping schedule etc;• Coordinate with project Engineers like Piping, instrumentation, Mechanical, electrical, etc for the design parameters to get best structural design and for clash clearance.• Analysis and design of steel structures like pipe racks, access platforms, pipe supports, shelters in staad pro in accordancw with code ASCE 7-10 and AICS 360-10 with respect to ADNOC Specifications• Analysis and design of foundations of piperacks, platforms, shelters, equipment foundations (drier, vertical vessels), skid foundations (metering skid, fuel gas skid,gas sweetening package ) in MAT 3D as per ACI 318-14 & ADNOC Standards• Design of impact walls, Anchor Blocks, Valve pits, Collection pits, Culverts, Machine foundations (Static and dynamic analysis), water retaining structures as per ADNOC Standards• Design of Process buildings like E&I, Substations (11 KV & 132 KV) in RCDC as per ACI 318-14 & ADNOC Standards• Preparataion of design calculation reports, design basis• Review of vendor documents (Solar panels, jib cranes, passive cooling shelter etc.),connection design calculations, fabrication drawings• checking of Varoius civil drawings like Grading drawings (Block valve stations & plants),Civil G.A, Under ground coordination layouts, steel structural drawings.• clash identification and resolution of civil and structural delated structures with other disciplines in 3D Model (Navis freedom)
