Responsibilities:Lead the architecture, design, and development of complex Salesforce Vlocity solutions using Energy and Utilities Cloud including OmniStudio (FlexCards, OmniScripts, DataRaptors and Integration Procedures).Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions leveraging Salesforce Industries capabilities.Creating POCs for the complex requirements and showcasing to the product owner for getting the approval for the task to go ahead and implement them.Work with stakeholders, business analysts, and development teams to design scalable and maintainable architecture.Establish and enforce Salesforce best practices and Vlocity configuration standards.Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams.Work with the MuleSoft team to design and implement integrations that meet business needs.Support end-to-end project lifecycle: discovery, design, development, testing, deployment, and support.Lead performance tuning and optimization for large-scale customer-facing applications.Supervising the other team members and providing clarifications on the user stories as well as providing technical help whenever they need help in the building
