The plant I am working in has a 20 MTPA capacity and is built to handle TPH. In order to obtain the necessary iron ore product size, I had practical expertise in the operation and maintenance of conveyors, crushers, and screening equipment. In order to maintain efficient plant operations, I was in charge of shift handling and operator management. In order to plan for plant stabilization through the implementation of the Kaizen and 5S systems in the plant, I collaborated with vendors and contractors to handle the total maintenance and operation activities. Resolving mechanical and process-related issues and participating in planned and unplanned maintenance tasks.
