Payroll Management – Handling complete payroll process for employees spread across 8 locations including 3 Factories and 5 S&E sites.Pre payroll - Collation and validation of the inputs received from the various stakeholders. Payroll -Variance reconciliation, Bank register final check and sign off, coordination with vendor & bank.Post Payroll - Different statutory payments (TDS, LWF, PT, ESI, PF, SAF, NPS) checks and release Salary JV and liaises with Finance for follow up action. Onboarding- Day 1 Induction- Statutory Documentation, HR Ops session (Policies), ID Badge coordination, Payroll Tool walk through and training to new hires. Retirals coordination – PF, SAF settlement queries, ESI queries (On an average 80 cases in a month) coordination with the statutory bodies and various vendors. Statutory compliance activities – Approval of compliance tasks in legatrix tool and working with vendor to complete all activities within deadline and filing annul returns as per statutory laws Actuarial Valuation – Data prepared and shared to actuary team for doing valuation Employee Queries – Policies, Payroll, New Hires, Reference Letters, Tax, Investment, exit for 1200+ employees. On an average 100 resolutions in a week Audit – Providing all the data as needed for audit by the various auditors and supporting them to understand our processes and policies Insurance – Data Management for updating the changes, new additions, deletions etc. Coordination with Insurance vendor for employee reimbursement queries. Partnering for the policy renewal and documentation. Letters – Processing of employee letters (Address proof/Employment/Salary change/Absconding/Exit Docs) and ensure timely delivery of the letters. Exit – Managing end to end Full & Final settlement including recoveries, gratuity payment and necessary dues. Workday – Manage day to day employee life cycle transactions
