Ensuring all the manufacturing operations are carried out as per the Approved BPCR for production of intermediatess/Drug substances. Submitting the in-process and other samples specified in the BOCR/PROTOCOL study to QC and same shall be received and attached to respective BPCR/PROTOCOL. Ensuring the completeness and reviewing of the completed BPCR. Filling of the equipment usage, cleaning and maintenance records and status boards for all the critical/major equipment/ rooms / area/ thorough cleaning etc, Ensuring that calibration and preventive maintenance of equipment/instrument are done as per the schedule. Following of cleaning/disinfection procedures in the production area. Maintain the Good Housekeeping in the Manufacturing area.
