ABOUT SANTHOSH KARUHATTY

Energetic and passionate software engineering leader, well rounded in software product development with broad range of experience from product development to management. I have 10+ years from being hands in both development and quality engineering and grew to be a development manager managing business objectives, managing teams and meeting customer expectations. I am result oriented and self driven with clarity of thought prioritizing events, solving business critical issues with strong analytical skills. Worked with Product Managers and Offering teams to understand customer expectations and plan releases accordingly. Proactive management to understand the product gaps and engage extended teams to analyze and introduce in the product and enhance the offerings. I constantly do capacity planning and analyze risk to reward trade-offs. I have been a customer advocate and love challenges in helping customers solve business critical issues.GOAL SETTING:Constantly learning new technologies, I have vast experience ranging from being hands-on engineer understanding various cloud based software services and offerings and also managing projects and resources. I am currently focussing on building my expertise in solution building and create products that do matter. In the last couple of years, the amount of knowledge I have gained is unparalleled which has helped me to get closer to my goal.EXPERIENCE:Started off as a programmer, most of my experience is in Java and J2EE technologies. My recent work is being a full stack senior engineer including designing highly scalable solutions for a cloud monitoring tool in AWS. I have also helped my team to build an automation framework to increase productivity and quality. I actively participate in hiring for our team and have experience managing people both onshore and offshore. Been scrum master and adept in agile technologies, led development teams and quality engineering teams to fruition.
