I’m a value-driven leader with a 25+ year track record of serving the customer, delivering commercial success, and spearheading innovation through technology. My experience spans startups, entrepreneurialism, and global OEMs, wearing whatever hat was necessary to shape strategy and make it happen. I’ve grown high-performing engineering teams, acquired and supported a wide range of customers, delivered transformation, and launched scalable platforms that created disruptive value, faster time to market, and business model innovation.Through all my leadership roles I have paired my ability to set vision and translate to strategy and execution with deep technical fluency to create differentiating results. My Executive MBA from the University of Michigan helped my evolution from engineering product development leader to executive driven by corporate value creation and growth. I’ve turned around at-risk programs in large scale enterprise, radically reshaped globalization strategy for increased impact and engagement, executed high-pace product delivery, and delivered across embedded controls and systems, connectivity/IoT strategies, and digital/cloud/data platforms — all while aligning engineering with investor narratives and C-suite priorities.Achieving business outcomes that truly distance from the crowd happens through vision, conviction, guts, humility, well-crafted strategy, immense energy, and most of all engaged, enabled, and energized people motivated to thrill the customer and make a positive impact.
