I build platforms and organizations, not just programs. That distinction took me years to fully own. Early in my career I measured success by on-time delivery. These days I measure it by what keeps running after I\'ve moved on — the platform that scaled to engineers, the TPM culture that outlasted my tenure, the cost savings that show up in the P&L two years later. Fifteen years across Amazon, LinkedIn, Citrix, Cisco, and Oracle has given me a specific superpower: I can walk into ambiguous, high-stakes, cross-org problems and turn them into structured, measurable programs — without losing the strategic thread. At Amazon, I lead global content trust programs across Product, Engineering, Science, Policy, and Ops — spanning the US, EU, and APAC. My current work sits at the intersection of AI/ML moderation, platform unification, and regulatory compliance. I own the roadmap for Sherlock, our core moderation system, and drive annual planning with SVP- and VP-level stakeholders across three major global programs. Before Amazon, at LinkedIn, I built the Observability Engineering platform from scratch — Logs, Events, Profiling, Metrics, Distributed Tracing — used daily by thousands of engineers. That program cut $5.7M in annual log storage costs, reduced P90 log freshness from 20 minutes to under 6, and improved Observability CSAT by 30%. I also led the Mobile Web re-architecture that drove $10M in yearly revenue impact across 53.5M sessions. What I actually do, beyond the titles: I translate executive intent into engineering reality. I write the strategy doc, run the planning cycle, and then stay close enough to execution that I know when something is off before it becomes an incident. I grow TPMs and engineers. I\'ve mentored L2 through L6, led hiring loops, and built team cultures where ownership is the default, not the exception.
