HSE Portal / Software -SAFE implemented with modules (Incident Management, Training Management and BBS observations, JSA, Risk Assessment, Employee Health),Implement TNI, TNA & ensure for provide all trainings ( Induction, PSM, PTW, First Aider, ERT etc) to all employees, workers with proper Training Need Assessment (at field also), & visitors by visual training, site safety inspection (daily-weekly) jointly with Production & maintenance Team, Management Representatives and sub- contractors, Internal/External/ Legal Audits & inspection, and suggested Preventive Actions for ensuring Environment, Health, Safety & Fire (EHSF)Identify critical Process Hazards with risk control and evaluate the risk profile of the hazards by HAZOP, BoTie Analysis & accountable for implementation at all 6 ( Brown field)+4 ( Green field).
