I have been cultivating biological sciences and their technologies through cutting edge research and development using their applications in academics and industry with an aim to improve human health. Making an immediate contribution in a challenging leadership position in Biotechnology or Pharmaceutical environments including Academics that would utilize my extensive experiences in project management, leadership, both performing and leading scientific experiments. My main goal is the drug development, particularly in Anti-Viral therapeutics, Cancer therapeutics and Metabolic Diseases. Currently I am involved in preclinical drug development in University-Industry set up and collaboration. Strength Includes: • Preclinical studies, mechanism of actions, cell-based assays and therapeutics • Background in molecular biology, biochemistry, cell biology, Virology and immunology • Details in vitro and in vivo studies: experiences in rodent animals • Detailed understanding in the drug development processes and clinical trials • Extensive experiences in scientific research processes, writings and federal regulations • Extensive hands on experiences in research and development including scientific leadership • Working experiences in cancer biology, and target pathways; • Expert in exploring cellular and molecular mechanisms in cancer and metabolic pathways • Expert in cell culture, cell-based assays, biochemical and immunological techniques • Self-motivated and demonstrated leadership in therapeutic virus-mediated cancer research • Extensive experiences in various Viral Vectors manipulations for vaccine and drug discovery research • Design, manipulations, and expressions of large biologic molecules including monoclonal antibodies • Experienced in diagnostic & bio-marker studies for infectious and metabolic diseases by Exosome-pathway • Computer handling in R&D and statistical analyses • Excellent written and oral communication skills
