My core competencies include process optimization, operational enhancements, and meticulous adherence to safety and quality standards in DRI sponge iron production. With a solid foundation in metal casting from my academic background and practical MATLAB skills, I ensure excellence in every aspect of my work.At Shyam Metalics, my team and I are responsible for overseeing daily production operations, maintaining the highest quality, and driving efficiency. My prior hands-on internship experience at NALCO has empowered me with a deep understanding of metallurgical processes, which enhances my capabilities in leading and managing production teams.
