Power Plants Handled - NTPC (Singrauli, Rihand, Tanda, Nabinagar, Vindhyachal, Farakka, Kahalgaon), CESC, MPPGCL, RRUVNL, DVC etc.• Managing project activities right from the perticipation of Tender stage to the finalization of theprojects; involving finalization of Base Camp, Quarry, Borrow Area, execution, progress monitoring, site management, manpower planning & liaising with client, consultants & contractors.• Review of client billing, checking and payment, Price Adjustment, Rate Analysis, Negotiating and finalizing of subcontractors and preparation of Work Orders for the same, monitoring the payments and reconciling the material. Checking of subcontractor\'s bills, material calculation etc.• Formulating operating budgets; managing overall operations for executing projects within safety, cost & time norms. Planning time & resources, scheduling the activities, updating actual progress, analyzing variance, forecasting weekly & monthly resource requirements, etc.
