I believe that behind every digital transaction is a relationship built on trust and reliability. My journey in the FinTech space began six years ago with a curiosity about how money moves in the digital economy.After completing my MBA from SIBM Pune, I started my career at Fiserv where I worked behind the scenes analyzing merchant data. That experience gave me a strong technical foundation in understanding the lifecycle of a payment. I later moved to the front lines at Worldline where I learned that retaining a client is just as important as acquiring a new one.Currently, I am putting all that experience to work at Zorvyn. I manage key merchant relationships and help businesses navigate the complex world of digital payments. My focus is simple. I want to ensure my clients spend less time worrying about payment failures and more time growing their business.When I am not analyzing retention strategies or onboarding new partners, I enjoy connecting with fellow FinTech enthusiasts to discuss where the industry is heading next.

   I currently manage the portfolios of key merchant accounts, ensuring they derive maximum value from Zorvyn’s financial architecture. My focus is on retention and identifying cross selling opportunities within the existing client base. I work closely with the product team to resolve compliance hurdles for our clients and streamline their transaction monitoring. I also mentor new joiners in the merchant success team to align them with our client service protocols.
