As a DC at PCI India, I lead efforts to improve Full Immunization Coverage (FIC) for Zero Dose children in Patna district under the GAVI HSS 3.0 initiative with UNICEF. I work closely with district health teams, including DIO, SMC, SMO, MOIC & mentoring Block Coordinators, and stakeholders like JEEViKA, ICDS, and Panchayati Raj Institutions to organize immunization drives, mentor teams, and ensure effective community mobilization. Through capacity-building workshops, field monitoring, and collaborative planning, we aim to overcome barriers and achieve 95% FIC in targeted villages across Patna District.
