   I founded Domingo.design as a remote design agency in 2018, at a time when remote work was just emerging. We initiated with a team of two individuals and within a short span of two months, remarkably scaled up to a team of over 10 members—all of whom remain happily connected with Domingo. This growth was a testament to our focus on fostering a collaborative work culture that prioritizes productivity over physical location.Our primary objective revolved around creating a remote work culture where the emphasis is on productivity and collaboration, regardless of one\'s geographic location.Throughout the four years since its inception, the company witnessed substantial growth, achieving key milestones such as consistent net profits and an impressive company valuation.
