As Software Developer my job is to automate as many IT processes for our MSP as possible.[VC3 and CompuVision merged in 2022] This includes Scripts, GPOs, our RMM package, and anything else that can be automated.* Programming with JavaScript/Node.js, Scripting using PowerShell, Batch/CMD, VBScript, and occasionally C#/ASP.NET * I work with primarily with Windows, APIs, MS SQL, and Windows Domain GPOs (both Group Policy and Group Preference)* Automating and scripting Windows Server, Desktop, Office 365, Azure, SQL, REST APIs, and more * Leveraging ConnectWise Manage PSA, and Kaseya VSA but I\'ve also worked with ConnectWise Automate (LabTech)* Plus custom automations, such as AutoIt/AutoHotkey, and bespoke solutions to make things work, even Bash or Python.Some of my projects have included: custom Microsoft Azure VM Backup monitoring, Atlassian Confluence Server data import/export, ConnectWise Manage Agreement reconciliation for users and devices, Microsoft CSP Partner Center Subscription reconciliation, Active Directory/Office 365 data export/import, Windows DFS-R alerting, Kaseya VSA data export to facilitate custom Work From Home solution, custom Hyper-V patching solution in Kaseya VSA - including Clustered HV Nodes, and more. I\'ve also helped develop in-house training for Microsoft SQL, PowerShell, and other topics.
