Supporting the change, transformation and adoption of data tooling technology and services and the enablement of data literacy globally across JLR, with a focus on helping the organisation realise the power and value of data.\\\\n\\\\nResponsibility for managing the Data Adoption and Enablement team (within the Digital Enterprise Data Office). Using change management frameworks and methodologies (internal and external best practice) to deliver key strategic change initiatives. Designing change management strategies, plans and change impact assessments to manage change and user enablement across the organisation globally.\\\\n\\\\nProjects include:\\\\n\\\\n- Delivering a 6 week Tableau adoption campaign enterprise wide across each JLR function. Resulting in a 12k+ tableau user community using data visualisation to drive better data insights and value realisation across the business.\\\\n- Working with our HR learning teams to build and deliver data literacy programmes including a 14 month L4 Data Fellowship programme to 500 employees and Data 101 an internal JLR bespoke data training fundamentals course\\\\n- Building a data champions community enterprise wide.\\\\n- Supporting other key initatives working closely with the Data Governance team and Data Business Partners to promote and enable best practice on data management and customer data trust.\\\\n- Recently supporting the delivery of end user education and change management of JLRs chosen enterprise wide Generative AI LLM (Large Language Model) tool\\\\n- Planning delivery of a new Data Executive training programme\\\\n\\\\nAlso leading the design and delivery of a Data, AI and Automation federation model (hub and spoke) to be delivered enterprise wide.\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
