WORK HISTORY
Senior Enterprise Customer Success Executive @Meltwater
Back at Meltwater — this time focused on enterprise and global accounts. I own the full retention and growth lifecycle for some of our largest customers, making sure they\'re getting real, measurable value from the platform. That means deep-diving into how teams use Meltwater\'s media intelligence, social, and consumer insights suite, finding the gaps, and building strategies that drive expansion and long-term partnership. I\'ve worked across SaaS sales, renewals, and strategic account management for nearly a decade now, and this role brings all of it together.

SKILLS
ABOUT SANNIA IQBAL
10+ years in SaaS. I started my career in Singapore working across multiple SaaS companies, Meltwater was one of them. After relocating to the US with my husband in 2021, I joined LinkedIn, where I spent three years managing a portfolio of mid-market accounts for Talent Solutions. Now I\'m back at Meltwater as a Senior Enterprise Customer Success Executive, focused on retention and growth across enterprise and global accounts. I came back because I love this company, I love enterprise CS, and after a decade of working across startups, scale-ups, and big tech, across continents and cultures, I know I\'m at my best when I\'m building long-term partnerships with customers who care about outcomes, not just dashboards.Outside of work, I\'m a first-time mom to a toddler. Which is its own kind of enterprise account management! I took an extended parental leave before this role, and during that time I started creating content about what this season of life actually looks like without the filters (if interested, you can find me on IG @sannia.in.progress). Motherhood, career re-entry, identity, the whole messy rebuild. Turns out a lot of women related to it.Working mom. Career boomerang. Perpetually caffeinated. Let\'s connect.
