About Sanna

My true passion is working with people to solve problems, reach goals and plan for the future. I have been able to do just that working in what I would say has been an interesting and necessary healthcare career.Through sales, marketing, branding, training, and instructional design, I have worked with clients and prospects alike. My goal is to support them utilizing a consulting approach to assist in finding their desired outcomes. I have had the fortune to work in healthcare in a variety of areas and understand how healthcare is divided into two parts. The business side and the clinical side. Whether it is as a pharmaceutical sales representative, trained as branding and marketing specialist, calling on all types of healthcare providers or as an instructional designer creating, developing and delivering clinical education for medical software for an entire healthcare system, the goals are similar but my focus is on success for the customer. My personal mantra is \"service\" to others. I find by listening, it facilitates learning. I want to understand where customers are in their decision process, so I can understand how to help guide them. When I approach a new prospect or project, I often think about,\"what does the end look like and how do we get there?\" I have a unique ability to create valuable networks of professionals while organizing resources.My core competencies include clinical informatics, instructional design, classroom training, virtual training, and I am comfortable in all healthcare settings including software trainer, train trainers, sales leadership, marketing, sales field trainer, detail orientated public speaking, experienced cold caller, strong network builder, research, experience, analytic thinker, persistent, determined problem solver, coachable, high energy, and a life-long learner.
