Projects include: digital learning, change management Products include: LinkedIn Learning, Pluralsight I serve as the link between LinkedIn Learning and the customers, the 32 Lidl countries, similar to a customer success manager. The objective is to increase adoption and usage and optimize the experience for our customers. I provide onboarding, rollout, reporting and continuous training solutions.
