Enhanced systems to support returns, cancellations, and customer notifications, ensuring reliability and scalability across multiple business domains.OMS OLGA(Order lifecycle Aggregation framework) is a collection of microservices designed to consume events from various systems and convert them into a unified format. These unified events can be used by multiple systems, including those that trigger customer notifications, such as order status emails. Various APIs are developed to provide order history and information.Return portals and applications allow customers to initiate returns and track their status. The returns functionality integrates with the distribution center to process returns, issue refunds and restock inventory.Leveraged and evaluated GitHub Copilot, OpenAI Codex, and Claude to accelerate coding, automate repetitive tasks, improve code quality, and reduce development time.
