As a L&D Partner, I work as a Program Manager in this organization to manageend to end L&D Projects. I perform the training need analysis for projects, individuals, and BusinessOperation Teams in order to understand the requirements. Support end to end delivery of Instructor Led Sessions such as course set up,course communication, enrollment tracking, on on-day training logistics, courseevaluation, reporting, vendor & Purchase Order management. Liaison with external learning agencies to communicate business requirementsto design and deliver world class training curriculum. Create & manage Annual Training Calendar and track activities as per standardoperating procedure within SLA. Attend to lear ning and development enquiries from Employees, Managers andHR Business Partners. Support administrative requests, reporting and delivering to agree uponservices. Coordinate target audience identification and validation process. Provide on on-site support fo r Instructor Led Sessions when required. Create relevant course assessments that analyze participant’s ability tocomplete course objectives and meet performance expectations in theproduction environment. Liaise with cross functional teams and stakeholder s to manage end to end L & DProjects. Manage in in-house LMS in SABA.
