About Sankhaadeep B.
As a driven microbiology junior, my current research interests lies in molecular basis of the Antimicrobial Resistance (AMR), particularly on the proteins and enzymes that promote drug inactivation and efflux in pathogenic bacteria. I\'m primarily targeting to characterize these resistance-associated proteins/enzymes and identify potential biomarkers.In the long term, my goal is to design predictive computational and biosensor models by integrating AI/ML to improve drug discovery and enable rapid detection of drug-resistant bacteria.
