Complete month/year-end financial close activities.• Prepare monthly financial reporting package including variance and driver-based financial statement analysis including, but not limited to, weekly financial forecast, cost-benefit analysis for new capital acquisition.• Provide ongoing analysis and recommendations for assigned site(s) to support process/pricing/costing decisions.• Provide information and analysis for assigned site(s) related to the annual audit cycle and annual planning cycle.• Prepare monthly projections and assist with annual financial planning activities.• Assist with financial audits; acts as a key company contact for external auditors.• Reconcile balance sheet accounts.• Identify and analyze opportunities for improved efficiency/profitability.• Complete ad hoc financial requests. • Acquire an understanding of plant operations and develop relationships with plant personnel.
