One of the 4 founder members of WFS (Walmart Fulfillment Services) in Canada Owned the complete KTLO charter end to end to track, handle issues, bugs for features/enhancements for the complete ecommerce platform Worked with cross-functional stakeholders to drive the charter end to end Owned the Business UATs for all new features/enhancements by carrying out rigorous testing & providing sign offs post production validations Made sure all features are launched within the stipulated timelines making sure no timeliness are missed Conducted cross-functional standups to track, monitor open issues/bugs and discuss any new open points Conducted market research and thoroughly went through the PRDs for feature releases to identify any potential gaps & flagged it to the respective teams making sure it gets fixed before the product demos & launches Assisted PMs with product roadmap planning, prioritization & execution Conducted exhaustive analysis to identify areas of improvement for the ecommerce platform as a whole, making sure we have a seamless seller & customer experience Identified & solved issues within the SLAs by collaborated continuously with multiple stakeholders in the ecommerce world such as business, finance, FC/DC ops, transportation, seller experience, customer exp & tech support Built product adoption dashboard from the scratch by identifying & defining metrics, identifying areas of improvements, feature usability via seller/customer feedbacks, focus groups, analyzing trends, spikes, usage to provide visibility to the lager audience & leadership for actioning on it accordingly Carried out thorough data analysis to understand & calculate the NPS on a quarterly basis to gain insights and & suggest relevant changes for better scores Worked closely with Warehouse Ops team to solve daily ops issues making sure smooth operations are carried out throughout the WH & KPIs are met
