Overseeing Innovation, Renovation Packaging Project along with New Product Development (NPD) within Hindustan Unilever\'s Foods and Refreshments division, catering specifically to the Southern European Cluster.• Driving the development of Primary, Secondary, and Tertiary packaging components following consumer preferences, brand guidelines, and manufacturing imperatives.• Proactively working on Flexible, Rigid and Sustainable Packaging Materials across diverse packaging components such as Tubs, Lids/Closures, Wrappers, Sleeves, Labels, Cups, Outercase and Cartons and more.• Working on digital software like SAP PLM, AWS, CAPE and PRISMA to manage the Packaging & Formulation Specifications which plays crucial role in Brand Identity, Artwork, Packaging and palletization part.• Setting up standard operation procedures, Checklist’s, testing methods for the packaging materials to maintain first time right specification goal.• Utilizing the knowledge of Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector, to gain expertise in vendor management strategies to streamline operations.
