As a tech lead manager at Rippling, I lead a team of high performing engineers to develop a world class partner platform that helps our partners like accountants, brokers, and legal consultants to succeed in their business. I am driven by the mission of Rippling to make employee management simple, smart, and secure for every company, regardless of their size, location, or industry.In my current role, I am responsible for the technical vision, architecture, design, and delivery of the partner platform, which enables seamless integration, onboarding, and adoption of Rippling\'s products and services for our partners. I also collaborate with product, sales, marketing, and customer success teams to understand and prioritize the needs and feedback of our partners, and to deliver features and enhancements that improve their experience and satisfaction. Some of the skills that I use and enhance in my role are Python, Django, Mongodb, software architecture, design patterns, agile methodologies, code review, testing, debugging, and performance optimization.
