I bring over 15 years of experience in global engineering, covering business productivity applications, payments, e-commerce, and operations domains at Microsoft and Amazon. My work involves collaborating with global stakeholders in various cross-functional roles and building tools for customers, customer support executives, warehouse associates, and program managers. I\'ve worked across various stacks for web applications, developing scalable front-end and back-end services.Currently, I serve as a Software Development Manager (SDM) in Amazon\'s engineering team for worldwide reverse logistics warehouse operations. My responsibilities include building tools used across thousands of warehouses, processing over 1.2 billion returns annually to ensure the right returns and refunds experience for Amazon customers. I lead a team focused on an evaluation system for millions of Amazon products, self-service tools, tool security, and fraud and abuse prevention for the grading tool.As an SDM, I develop the team\'s roadmap through a prioritization model, ensuring scalable and reliable architecture and products that deliver business value. Mentoring and coaching engineers are my passions. As a bar raiser and coach at Amazon for Correction of Errors (COE) and Operational Excellence (OE), I maintain high standards of operational and technical excellence.
